Video Window will be unveiling a lower-cost pricing model for smaller businesses and new product features at ISE.

The company has teamed up with display manufacturer iiyama in Barcelona to showcase new web browser, digital signage and external calling features.

The world’s first always-on videoconferencing portal has previously been targeted only at large enterprises, but has now launched a lower-cost pricing model for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Monthly rates start at $60 per office device and $15 per remote user for use up to 12 hours a day, five days a week. There is no minimum contract.

Video Window’s new web browser allows users to configure multiple browser buttons on the device to access pages. These can be placed side by side, overlaid or replace the Video Window feed.

When Video Window isn’t being used for audio, it can now be configured for digital signage to allow customer content to be delivered to that device.

A new built-in external video dialler enables users to leave the Video Window mode to make a call to an external videoconferencing service. Users can deploy the Video Window device for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex meetings without having to leave the application. The device automatically connects back to its Video Window group when a meeting ends.

Video Window chief executive Daryl Hutchings said: “Hybrid working is here to stay and we are excited to open Video Window pricing models that make our product affordable to every and any company in the world, giving flexibility for organisations to choose the right plan for their needs.”

The new features will be demonstrated on iiyama’s 55” TF5539AS and 27” TF2738MSC-B2 touch displays on Booth 3R200 (Hall 3) at ISE.

At last year’s ISE, Video Window teamed up with Clevertouch to connect back to all of Clevertouch’s UK showrooms.
