Nureva achieves ‘first’ extra-large Teams Room certification

Nureva’s HDL pro series audio conferencing systems have been certified for Microsoft Teams.

The HDL410 audio system is said to have become the first microphone and speaker bar solution certified for extra-large Microsoft Teams Rooms.

In October, Nureva’s HDL310 system was certified for large Microsoft Teams Rooms.

The systems utilise Nureva’s Microphone Mist technology, which fills a room with thousands of virtual microphones to deliver the full-room audio pickup and clarity required for an inclusive meeting experience regardless of where participants are located or facing.

As a USB device, the HDL410 system can be easily incorporated into the design of virtually any extra-large Teams-enabled space, including boardrooms, training spaces and higher-education classrooms. 

The system uses two wall-mounted microphone and speaker bars to create a unified coverage map that covers spaces up to 10.7m by 16.8m in size. It can be installed in less than an hour and auto-calibrates to the acoustic properties of a room at first start-up and continuously thereafter.

Earlier this year, Nureva received ISO 27001 certification, the world’s best-known standard for information security management.
