Sony Professional Solutions Europe has entered into a partnership with Signagelive.

The tie-up with the UK-based digital signage software company extends Sony’s existing ecosystem of integrations with content management system (CMS) providers and bolsters the flexibility of its system on chip-powered Bravia 4K professional displays.

Signagelive’s platform delivers intuitive content management solutions, with a track record of success in the education, retail, food service/quick-service retail and medical sectors.

Businesses looking to utilise the Sony displays will have access to the integrated digital signage package, which combines the system on chip (SoC) functionality in the Bravia range with Signagelive’s CMS solution.

Signagelive’s solution will also be available on Sony’s recently launched BZ40L range, which feature the company’s deep-black non-glare surface coating.

Thorsten Prsybyl, senior B2B partnership manager at Sony Professional Displays and Solutions, said: “Enabling Signagelive’s software to run on the SoC-based solution within our Bravia 4K Professional Displays has opened a network of opportunities for Sony and Signagelive.”

Signagelive chief executive Jason Cremins said: “Sony’s commitment to delivering exceptional display solutions, combined with Signagelive’s enterprise capabilities, creates a powerful global partnership.”
