The organisers of UC EXPO Manchester have announced new details about the event, which will take next month.

The event is part of Manchester Tech Week, which will combine UC EXPO, Digital Transformation EXPO (DTX) and Connected North across the week in the North West, all under one roof.

Over two days, the event will cover the crucial trends spanning people, technology, and enterprise strategy, to enable smarter collaboration in a new era.

Visitors to the EXPO will be able to define their hybrid working strategy and explore the technology solutions needed to facilitate an effective and engaged workforce.

Enhanced productivity, improved wellbeing and increased efficiency are just some of the benefits that can be achieved with an effective UC&C strategy, and the event will show attendees how to implement the world’s most innovative tools alongside the right team structure and culture.

The 2022 event will have five core focus areas:

  • The Future is Hybrid. Now What? Creating an engaged, productive and inclusive environment for the hybrid workforce
  • Securing Workforces: Building resilience, ensuring BYOD safety and keeping remote teams protected from cyber attacks
  • Reimagining Physical Workspaces: Understanding the appetite for office vs home working and what employees want/need from office space
  • Emerging Hardware Trends: How to meet demands with AV and Video? Combining UC with AR/VR & Mixed Reality.
  • Architecting the Composable Enterprise: Integrating UCaaS and CPaaS for customised workflows
