NEC Display Solutions will open the doors of Victoria House, Holborn on 17-18 May to present fully-integrated, readily deployable display solutions in collaboration with over 35 partners at the NEC Solutions Showcase 2017.

Addressing the needs of specific markets are a number of zones presenting the power of collaboration and partnership.

  • The Corporate Zone sees the trend towards multi-usage workspaces with huddle rooms, cloud-based working and live collaboration alongside solutions for employee outreach and motivation.
  • The Education Zone focuses on higher education with solutions for student-centred collaborative learning in the classroom and in the lecture theatre, alongside campus-wide IPTV signage and security.
  • Moving to the Transport Zone we present innovative passenger communications at the airport, on the underground and at the bus stop, delivering entertainment and information to reduce passenger anxiety.
  • The centrepiece is the Command & Control Zone with an exceptional 36 screen video wall alongside LED, touch and new curved desktop displays for a truly commanding visual experience.
  • The  Retail Zone includes four retail stores demonstrating innovative ways to engage the shopper with captivating interactive solutions supporting omni-channel campaigns; don’t miss the NEC sweet shop!

This year’s Showcase will see NEC’s Open Modular Intelligence platform featuring widely across many vertical sector zones in new V and P Series LFDs powered with embedded Raspberry Pi compute modules.

The brand new C Series large format displays will be seen for the first time in the UK, satisfying the need for reliable professional operation yet without unnecessary features for mainstream applications where low cost is a high priority. NEC’s new InfinityBoard presents a powerful, scalable, custom-fit workspace to fit every meeting scenario. New desktops including ultra-narrow displays ideal for multi-monitor set-ups either on the desk or equally effective for video wall installations will be on show alongside the new curved desktop display.

There will also be a chance to see NEC’s LFD and projection ranges side by side in a technology shootout; a feature of the Break Out area where visitors can relax, take stock and catch up with the industry.
