The free to enter award which is sponsored by InfoComm International® recognises the exceptional work carried out by AV professionals across Europe. It is open to any current InfoComm CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification holder in the UK, Ireland or mainland Europe.

“It is fitting that all the excellent work done by our certified members is recognised and I’m really delighted that we’re partnering with the AV Awards to do just that,” says Pam Taggart, InfoComm’s Senior Director of Development for Europe. “For 2017 I’m looking forward to building on the great start we made last year, so I’d urge all our wonderful, hard-working CTS holders to get their entries in before the fast approaching deadline on 26 May!”

The simple online entry process asks entrants to provide examples of when they have met and exceeded client and company expectations, while applying knowledge of CTS certification and best practices. The AV Awards is completely independent and all entries will be assessed by a panel of respected industry judges. Shortlisted entrants will be invited to the awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 29 September 2017.

Colin Jacobs, winner of the European CTS Holder of the Year 2016, said: “I am very pleased and feel honoured to have won the European CTS Holder of the Year Award, both personally and on behalf of Snelling Business Systems, especially because I believe it reflects our ability to deliver great AV systems to our clients. I am touched by the responses and congratulatory messages received from my contemporaries in the industry; people have been very kind.”
